Natalie’s goal is to inspire her riders to push themselves to limits they thought were impossible to reach.
Because she is also an outdoor cyclist, she relates riding indoors to her outdoor rides. She coaches from her bike with words and techniques that work outdoors as well, to help her riders be stronger and to ride harder. Hills are our obstacles that we climb one at a time. Every second, every minute and every hour, we ride with our heart, we give all we can, we do our best and we don’t stop. We can slow down but we never give up. Rock Your Ride!
